We have not yet set up an automated chat-room style Forum. However, send us any suggestions for topics you would like to discuss and we will set them up.

Send us your views by e-mail for now. We hope to set up a postal address as soon as possible if necessary.

Messages will by definition have to be moderated, as the process so of posting them will be a manual one. Be patient if it takes a while - this isn't a full time job!

Here's a sample topic.     We do look forward to hearing your views...

Should motorcycles play a central role in policies to reduce congestion on our roads?

The debate on transport continues year after year, yet the problems seem only to become more severe. With the spate of hurricanes in the Carribbean this year, the true costs of our lifestyles may be starting to become apparent.

What do you really think we should all be doing to make a difference to the impact we are having on our environment?

Motorcycles are the only type of vehicle which addresses all of the following criteria:
1. Emissions
2. Congestion
3. Cost
4. Personal flexibility
5. Efficient journey times
6. Reduction in the infrastructure required
7. Zero wear and tear on that infrastructure
8. Privacy - avoidance of sharing personal travel space with strangers
9. Enjoyment of the journey experience
Currently this type of vehicle is being completely ignored in transport thinking. In the transport report published last year, the word 'motorcycle' was used only once - on the last page under the heading 'Other'.
The hard reality is, there are no attactive options on offer right now, and those that are being put forward address few of the challenges we face. The status quo is no longer possible. I know which option I prefer!
Elwin Tennant, UK
